MUAY THAI FITNESS

Muay Thai Fitness is an All Levels class and runs in the morning as a no-contact, high-energy session focused on bag work and physical conditioning. These classes are suitable for all experience levels and are designed to build strong, resilient bodies while fostering a supportive group atmosphere where everyone trains together.

Muay Thai Beginner/intermediate

Muay Thai Beginner–Intermediate Fitness is designed to bridge fitness and skill development. Sessions focus on a fun fitness vibe, all while learning technique and occasionally controlled, semi-contact drills, allowing beginners to learn safely while giving more experienced members room to progress at their own pace in other classes.

Advanced/ Fighters class

The Advanced & Fighters training block runs from 4:00pm to 6:00pm and is for experienced members and fighters to train harder under the guidance of Eddie Farrell. For students focused on competition. Includes advanced pad work, cornering and fight preparation, style development, career guidance/opportunities. Sessions typically include a group run on our beach loop or sprint-based conditioning, followed by hand wrapping together, shadowboxing, pad work/bag work, and a rotating mix of clinching, controlled sparring, and technical drilling. Sessions conclude at 6:00pm.

Boxing Fundamentals / Fighters

Boxing Fundamentals is a beginner/intermediate class focused on core boxing skills, footwork, and combinations, providing structured training for both beginners and those looking to sharpen their boxing game.  

We also have a 430-6pm boxing fighters program that focuses on advanced to beginners wanting to compete with our 10 week fight challenges. 

Training Approach

Kids & Youth Program

Our Kids & Youth program is split into two age-specific classes to ensure the right balance of learning, safety, and development at each stage.


Kids Program (Ages 4–10)

The Kids program is designed for younger children and focuses on building strong foundations through fun, structured training.

Each class runs with multiple coaches present, allowing us to manage age differences effectively and provide close supervision and individual support. Sessions are delivered in a safe, supportive environment, while still encouraging discipline, respect, and good training habits.

Training focuses on coordination, balance, confidence, listening skills, and basic technique, helping children develop physically and mentally at an appropriate pace.


Teens Program (Ages 11–16)

The Teens program is designed for older youth and bridges the gap between kids classes and adult training.

Classes focus on technical development, fitness, and controlled partner work, while reinforcing discipline, accountability, and teamwork. Teen sessions help build confidence, resilience, and respect, preparing members for higher-level training as they progress.

Both programs place strong importance on positive role modelling and community, with coaches leading by example and creating an environment where young members feel supported, challenged, and included.


Our Kids & Youth program is built to support long-term development — not just in sport, but in confidence, discipline, and healthy habits that carry into the future.
